La Vida Youth Trust employs 24-7 Youth Workers in Riccarton High School, Te Kāpehu Riccarton School, Springston School and Parkview Pārua School.

24-7 Youth Work is a trust relationship between local schools, churches and community organisations in the context of the local community working together for our rangatahi. 24-7 Youth Workers spend time with young people - listening to them, encouraging them, connecting them with their peers, teachers and vital services. They are accessible and positive role models for the young people they work with.
